Do I need a permit for a kitchen or bathroom renovation?厨房或卫生间装修需要申请许可吗？
Cosmetic updates such as new cabinets, counters, tile and flooring usually don't. Moving walls, structural work, additions, and adding or relocating plumbing generally do. We confirm with the city and handle the permit when one is needed.更换橱柜、台面、瓷砖和地板等表面装修通常不需要。移动墙体、结构改造、加建，以及新增或移动给排水点位一般需要。我们会向市政府确认，需要时由我们办理许可。
Can we stay in the house during the renovation?装修期间可以继续住在家里吗？
For a kitchen or bathroom, usually yes, with the work area closed off. For whole-home work we plan the phases with you before construction starts.厨房或卫生间装修通常可以，施工区域会做隔离。全屋装修会在开工前和您一起规划分阶段施工。
Do you work in Chinese?可以用中文沟通吗？
